Register and Log In

The Harbor Portal is where you manage your account. Register once for Sandbox and once for Production.

Separate Environments
Sandbox and Production are separate. Register in each one, and the email, password and login are not shared between them.

Before You Start

Each application has an owner, and OwlPay sets it up with the owner's email. The owner registers first, using that email, and then invites the other members. Each member registers with the email that received the invitation.

Register

How to register for the first time.

Open the Portal link.
Click Sign in.
Click Sign up.
Enter your email and choose a password.
Follow the steps on the page to finish.

Already Registered?

Skip this step and go to Log In.

Log In

How to log in after you register.

Open the Portal link.
Click Sign in.
Enter your email and password.
Click Login.

You land on the Overview page.

Forgot Password

How to choose a new password.

Open the Portal link and click Sign in.
Click Forget password ?.
Enter the email you used to sign up.
Click Password Reset.
Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
