Retargets the destination, updates the commission, and/or disables the account. At least one of
destination, commission, or status must be provided. When several are sent together with status
disabled, destination and commission are applied first and the account is disabled last. Destination
retargeting and commission updates are only allowed while the account is active.

Updating commission replaces the whole commission — a field left out resets to zero, same as at creation.
