Submits answers for the customer's open general AML RFI, keyed by the question key returned
from the show endpoint, and clears the customer's is_rfi_required flag. Refuses with 409 when
status is requires_manual_review, and with 422 when any question is file-typed or a file
was uploaded — file answers for general AML RFIs are not yet supported via this API; use AML's
hosted form instead.
