Simulates an incoming fiat deposit against the account's banking details to trigger the downstream deposit
flow. Not available in production. The account must be active. The request is forwarded to the Bank
Module and its response is returned with HTTP 202.

An ACH_PUSH below US$1.00 is not simulated as a deposit. It is classified as an account-verification
micro-deposit, exactly as production classifies one: no transfer is created, no hold is placed and nothing is
posted to the balance — the bank_account.micro_deposit.received webhook is delivered instead. The response
reports which path was taken in classified_as, so a caller never has to infer it from the amount.
